Yet another counterexample to act utilitarianism

It is wrong to torture a stranger for 99 minutes in order to avoid 100 minutes of equal torture to oneself.

    I could be misunderstanding, but wouldn't an Act Utilitarian agree with this statement since torturing the stranger results in 1 extra minute of torture?
