The caller was clearly a rather impatient person at that time (presumably her boss wanted her to talk to someone else). And in general, if you are saying "you" to someone you have just heard or seen, you mean that person, even if you are mistaken about who they are. And if you are mistaken, what you say may well be false.<br /><br />Regarding the soccar game, I see that one would mean the moment in the game, which one imagines is happening (even though one is just looking at lots of dots of light). And similarly, if I say "You" to an actor playing a part, I might mean the fictional character.
