I've wondered whether it is possible to have a life that is longer than forever. Imagine embedding our time sequence in a larger, non-Archimedean one... I think my claim is still tautologous as long as one holds fixed to one temporal sense of "inevitable" and of "arrives".
And, perhaps not coincidentally, classes are starting next week. :-)
