An agent is omnirational provided that
- whenever he makes a decision, he is impressed by all the unexcluded reasons that there in fact are for him for all the relevant options, being impressed by a reason exactly to the extent to which he has reason to be impressed by it in virtue of the reason's force and the force of relevant higher order reasons
- when he decides to do A, he does A for all the unexcluded reasons that he in fact has for doing A.
If God is simple, he is omnirational. And God is simple.
